Stayed here to break our journey after driving from Dover. Room was pleasant. bed was comfortable. I managed to leave some stuff in the room after checking out. And thanks to a wonderful member of staff (Tessa) my belongings were returned to me by next day delivery
The rooms are basic, but in good shape. Really great beds, a small tv, and a bathroom - i.e. all you need! Several fast food restaurants just a few steps away. No AC, so the rooms can be a bit hot on a sunny summer day. There are adjacent, connecting rooms, great if you are a traveling with children! Located next to the M25, but westbound traffic only! If you're going eastbound, you have to pass the motel and continue for 10 minutes before you can turn around and go back to reach the motel. The next day you'll have to do the similar, go westbound for 10 minutes before you can turn around and go eastbound again (and pass the motel, one more time...)
I want to thank a very special lady called Helen, who helped me when I was crying my eyes out miles from home no battery completely lost after a 13 hour shift at Ashfield hospital! her hospitality I will never forget! She made me a coffee made me feel very welcome I was honestly recommend this service to any travellers out! Please thank Helen for me she made me safe and is the reason I was able to get home!
Stayed here for a wedding just down the road. It is possible to access this hotel from both sides of the M25 at Clacket Lane Service, you just have to be careful and follow the signposts even thought you go through 'no entry' signs. The reception staff were brilliant; the beds were very comfortable; the room was large enough for a single night's stay; parking is free to residents and breakfast could be obtained from the services. What more could we have asked for. If we need to stay near Westerham in future, we will definitely want to stay here.
Good hotel considering next to the M25, nice clean quiet and friendly staff. Had a nice free room upgrade which was nice. Bed was comfy, usual ammenities in the rooms and free wifi, would definetly use again.
Right next door to the major motorway but little if any noise. Services next door offer all you need food wise. Warm and friendly receptionist on arrival. Room clean, bed comfy, shower hot and new towels. Perfect cheap night for any traveller.
Plenty of Free car parking, warm welcome on arrival in fact we were the last guest's to arrive and the receptionist knew this have to give car reg qualify for the free parking even showed us car number plate on the photo. Room was big with a sofa bed and double bed but not on the large side ( small double ) comfortable very clean Internet was working fine and free . Bathroom was clean and shower was very powerful . Tea making facilities in the room. You would not know that this was a moterway services hotel no noise from the road at all heard the odd aeroplane from Gatwick but not enough to disturb your sleep and that was because we had our window open. Would deffently use this again as a stop over .........
On the way from the tunnel to Reigate this was a welcome stop. There seems to be a long walk however from the car park to the main building which is clean and easy or negotiate. Hot chocolate from Costa was excellent which we drank outside in the sun. All amenities were first rate and there is a hotel on site which seemed inviting as well.
The people at daysinn lacked communication and were told about me coming later yet on arrival couldn't help me, except for me having to have to pay for seperate accomodation of £80. Just not good enough.
We stayed here for two nights while we went to see Hever Castle - the hotel itself is very basic. It's simple, but the rooms are clean and really, what else could you want. The beds were a touch hard for my liking, but everyone is different in their preferences. The room itself was pretty large with a couch as well as a bed. The best part about this place was the food court exactly opposite the hotel. It has a nice variety of places, all very well priced but I have to rave over the moon about the Fresh Food Company - their food was just outstanding and so cheap!! I had breakfast there (pancakes and blueberries) as well as a chicken ranch salad for dinner and it was delicious. Overall, if you are visiting this area, I recommend this hotel. It may not look like much, but it really is one of my favourites on my trip.
