Welcome to Miramar Villa, an exclusive retreat, only a few minutes drive from Downtown Palm Beach and the pristine beaches of Singer Island, as well as the bustling Northwood dining scene. This 2100 sq ft haven boasts a spacious main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complemented by a well-appointed guest house featuring a kitchenette and full bath.



Enjoy a beautiful day out on the patio with a heated pool, grill, and ample lounging options amidst tropical landscaping. Steps from the Intracoastal and Currie Park, Miramar Villa blends chic comfort with unparalleled access to West Palm Beach’s finest attractions.

This beautiful escape is located near Rybovich Super Yacht Marina, Rosemary Square in downtown West Palm Beach, the white sandy beaches of Palm Beach and Singer Island, The Breakers, City Place, Clematis on the waterway, and the Kravis Center in booming eclectic downtown Northwood.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.



Pool heating is provided complimentary during your stay should colder temperatures necessitate it.



Parking Details: Carport and driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.

Nice clean place to stay with great customer service

Our initial impression was not great, admittedly, as the code for the lock was not working, and the whole family was being eaten alive by mosquitoes as we were on the phone with a property manager rep, trying to get in from any possible entrance. Once inside, though, we found the house to be a little dated, but very clean. My toddler loved jumping in the pool, and we all felt the beds were comfortable. We also really appreciated the quick customer service. They really did do all they could to try to figure out those door codes.

Short Getaway

The property was accurately described, although it could have been cleaner. The sofa is heavily stained, there was bowel on the wall by the toilet paper holder, shower curtians dirty, and blood on the bedroom lamp shade. The location is very convenient to malls, grocery stores, and main highways. The pool was just the right size. (Needs a new umbrella to help guard from the shade) The house is well equiped with the essentials.

Miramar and Rove

House is definitely not cleaned properly, had to throw blankets over the sofa to sit on it from how dirty it was. 2 blacks away from very very unsafe area. Do your research. Being our 1st time there we didn’t realize what area we were in. The pool, pool house and landscaping were nice. Made several attempts to contact. Emailed at the email address given, text the concierge number several times and called with no call back. Just gave up and made the best out of our trip.
