Bright and open home has large living areas and a separate play area for kids to hang out.
2 master suites, with King size beds and En-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom layout has largest bedroom on one side, and second suite plus 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house.
The 5th bedroom has a twin bed with trundle option.
Billiards table, 2 separate lounge areas, a sofa bed, heated pool and outdoor seating area make this home perfect for families
Open plan kitchen with modern fittings, breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 8
Close to downtown West Palm and also to Lake Ave with bars, restaurants and shopping, plus of course the beach!
The original occupant of the home was Captain Mortimer Howell Cobb, a survivor of the Titanic at 7 years old. He would go on to become a Captain with the US Maritime Service. His personal maps of the Pacific Ocean are on the wall of the home.

I enjoyed the stay. The place was pretty good except for the following issues: The water from the shower in one of the bathrooms remained hot. Hence no cold water. The material on the lounge pool chair tore up upon sitting. We appreciate the fact that the representative(s) were very responsive to any concerns that we had.

We came to waterski at Okeeheelee Park. Wonderful house. Great location. Well equipped for our 4 week stay. Cute 1950s FL neighborhood. Mgt replies very quickly.

Great for the whole family!

We had a great stay with our whole family. Our 1 year old had so much fun in the pool and playing in the game room. Enough space and comfortable for all. Kitchen was nice. Wish they provided some amenities in the bathrooms like shampoo and body soap. Otherwise great spot for exactly what we needed.

Nice house

We really loved the house. It was spacious and met our needs. A couple issues with the house with water getting in through the windows and a leak from the ceiling. It didnt cause any major issues and when notified about the leak, they sent someone to check it out the next morning. It was going to need time to fix and we told them to come back the next day because we were leaving early in the morning. There was a lot of rain during the week and things happen so we understood.

Home is much larger than pictures indicate. Matt was extremely communicative. Only criticism we would have is the yard looks like it had not been cut in a few weeks. The house had been renovated recently and did shine.

Spacious, Comfortable, Family Friendly Vacation Home!

This house was perfect for myself and my family! Plenty of space for everyone, HUGE living room with pool table, games, and TV. Backyard was awesome, we loved hanging out in the pool, barbecuing on the grill for dinner, and enjoying the great Florida weather. The management company was excellent, always responding quickly and thoroughly to questions we had throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely be contacting Brampton Park Rentals again when we return to South Florida, and will hopefully make this house our regular vacation destination!
