Pros and cons

The property has a lot of great amenities. The dock is beautiful and the beach is nice too. The view is lovely as well. Cabins are good, basic but have the necessities. Beds are very comfortable. The Vrbo listing does not provide a lot of detail. Signing a contract will be required with many additional stipulations. Firewood must be purchased on site at a cost of $13.50 per small bag. Communication with owners could have been better. Poor communication led to a very unprofessional outburst by owner in the last day which left a very bad taste.
