The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, smart tv and opens to a deck overlooking the Deerfield River. Enjoy the common fire pit and spacious yard!
The Space:
Primary en suite bedroom w/ bathroom and a cozy second bedroom with a shared bathroom. A private loft serves as a third bedroom.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
