The hotel was adequate. It is just a small time hotel that is out in the middle of Central MA with a friendly staff and a great continental breakfast. I was in Central MA for a death in the family and needed a place close to the services (Sterling/Wachuset) and it served it's purpose with a quiet ...

We usually stay in the older hotels in Marlboro but we were excited to find out there are a couple new hotels to try. Hyatt was wonderful. They are professional and know how to treat a guest. The only improvement would be perhaps dimmers on the lights in the room. There is no way to use the bathroom ...
The Hampton Inn is a new hotel located in the City of Worcester. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and they served a nice breakfast in the morning, including hot items. If you don't have a car, the hotel is not conveniently located. It is not within walking ...

The only complaint is the non private barn door for the bathroom.
We made arrangements through Orbitz. Check in with no problems. From the outside the building and grounds need attention and made us apprehensive. Coming through the hallways there is a odor of deodorizers, order eater type sprays maybe. But the once inside the room we were happy. It appeared to have been remodeled recently. Very Clean. Bed comfortable. Shower/Bath super clean. nice towels. Breakfast was okay, sufficient but messing and needed to be cleaned.
I love the view over garden and pool. Steak were delicious. So was breakfast. The only unpleasant thing was musty smell in restaurant. Probably carpet. I would go back.
Huge basement rec room. Pool table. Huge screen TV.
