We enjoyed our stay. The food was very good and we loved our kitchen suite. The sofa bed is not very good and I would not recommend anyone older than 5 or so. We had our adult son and it was a long 5 days for him. The staff are great. So friendly and helpful. There was a wicked wind so we didn’t use the pool or beach. We drove to 7 mile everyday.

The lobby area smells fresh and is modern. The halls and the actual room smells stale/old. The ceiling tiles in the halls were out and the carpet was worn and smelt. Room and furniture needs to be updated. Woke up to a foul odor coming from the bathroom after my 1st night's stay. Front desk staff said there is a sewer issue they're aware of. Staff is courteous and professional. However, manager refused to provide an adequate resolution after a loud the disorderly neighbor in the adjoining room woke my child and I around 1 am with loud, cursing and arguing. I told them my child and I felt unsafe and had a hard time going back to sleep. We were told by the front desk that we should have called at the time of the disturbance, while we were literally afraid for our safety. All the offered was complimentary breakfast. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE $300+ PER NIGHT. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Pool was amazing - so big and perfect temp. Live singer outside was especially pleasant. Not a swimming beach, but lots o f hammocks and a quiet place to relax and listen to the sea. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly, fast service when you need something to your room. The grounds are very nice, well kept. The food, especially dinner was amazing! We loved how it is located away from the busyness of 7 Mile Beach. Nice, quiet & relaxing If you don't mind walking( which we don't & did walk into town) , it's about 40 min to stores & grocery

This resort is not on the beach area. We have to drive to the Seven miles. The discription says it has white sand beach but the actual swimmable beach is far away from the Resort.
