How do you describe beyond happy?

Such a beautiful home away from home! Excellent location with a little of everything around us - sea/harbour views was key for us as we live right beside it too. Our little whanau were out & about at the festival during the day but so nice to lay our weary heads in the comforts of comfy bed

Charming classic beach house with bay view. Near restaurants, Te Papa Museum, and city center. It has a small but functional kitchen and on-site laundry. We had great communication with our host which was very helpful. We had a short and pleasant stay.

Great location

This accommodation was perfect for our needs (a girls weekend). It was perfectly close to walk to everywhere we needed or just a really short taxi ride at the end of the night! Great being able to park our car across the road for just $7.50 for the whole weekend. The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. We didn't use the cooking facilities so I can't comment on that. Would highly recommend

Dinghy musty smelly rooms Heating almost ineffective. Electric blankets were good though and kept us alive Kitchen too small- was actually one shelf only in the small living room. Not enough utensils to cook or eat Whole house needs a good deep clean including ceilings which had cob webs Mouldy cheese slices in fridge Definitely overpriced. Felt disappointed and disillusioned

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Private Bay House. Awesome location and good facilities. Check with owners of you bring a vehicle as we got two parking tickets across at the freyberg pool carpark .. even with vouchers
