The outside looked decent. Apartments in the huge complex is a big lottery. We booked 2 stays end of December. The first time a room had no hot water, old carpet, ripped edges, dangerous thresholds. They offered room #2 - it smelled of many pets and sigar smoke, old dirty shag carpet too. The #3 room was updated. The whole experience of moving around and getting what we paid for made a stay unpleasant. Unfortunately, we already prepaid for the 2nd stay. The room was not clean, old and smelly. We moved to a hotel. The management promised another room by the morning. We had the keys only by 7pm. From noon to 7pm we had nowhere to go. The vacation was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommend this property. It is a cash cow for owners and management. Customers' time is not their currency at all. This property should be removed from Hotel.com

Very clean but overall the place is very tired..particularly the principle bathtub. The kitchen was well equipped except for a single small wood cutting board. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Luckily I needed to get up early but there was a very bright street lamp next to the unit which the blinds were unable to block out. The communal areas were not very nice and slightly scary. Great location close to amenities. Communication excellent. Most important was the place was clean and everything worked. Overall fine.

The unit needs some TLC. The bed was lumpy. The master bathroom tub has cracks and the shower head is rusty. The pillows on master bed were mismatched in sizes. Carpet is showing wear. Pillows in couch in living room has stains. Log side tables are cracking. Extra pillows in closet had no pillowcases. I have stayed in other Kasa units at this location and this seems to be a theme. They aren’t being kept up to the standard they are portrayed online. I am supposed to stay here again and may cancel.

Absolutely disgusting. We were “upgraded” to a 3 bedroom. Upon arrival, we noticed extensively pulled carpet in the living room, broken blind wands in the same room so we were unable to open the blind, area rugs in the bedrooms that were curled up and a tripping hazard. It is clear the bare minimum is done with the property. I took a shower in the master bath and was disgusted that there was mold on the corners of the shower doors and there was a used flossing pick in the shower next to the shampoo and conditioner. Both sinks in the master bath were clogged, one would not drain all day, the other had a very slow drain, so made getting ready very uncomfortable. The last night there we saw roaches, they seem to live under the carpet in one of the smaller bedrooms because that’s where one scurried to and then out of site. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator was very hard with all the luggage. Would not recommend unless you want to walk stairs all day. Units are very dated on the outside. Clean on the inside. Affordable unit. Easy check in and check out.

Visiting this weekend for a family function with my family. Apartment is very bare bones, so bring everything you need. No coffee pot. Extra blanket (there was only 1) literally smelled like urine. A lot of ants in unit. Huge bright flood lights outside of every window. Neighbors leave trash in hallway and in the morning there were shrimp tails, chicken wings and pizza all over the hallway. Also, beware traveling with kids because their noise alarms are extremely sensitive. I got multiple alerts for excessive noise because my kids were playing and “being loud” (during day time only). Beds are not that comfortable and couch looked gross with tons of stains. If you are absolutely in need of a cheap spot for a night, stop here, but otherwise pass this unit over. It’s not the nicest overnight stay you’ll get!

It’s a very beautiful property. The one thing I didn’t like. Was they have garbage service picks up at your door outside?-twice they took the garbage on the bin and small pieces /chicken bones etc garbage was all over the floor from one side to another.
