Enjoy your next BEACH FRONT Cape Cod vacation from this quaint cottage located on Mayo Beach. The well laid out kitchen-dinning area with adjacent family room separates the two bedrooms, one with a full size bed the other with 2 twin beds. Water views from this home are stunning! The bathroom features a stand up shower.

There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400 foot private beach area. You will be just minutes to the center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theatre, and all of the Wellfleet Harbor's amenities.

There is parking for one car. Available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
