Room smelled like smoke. Property was mid at best. Amenities in the room were very dated. Tv was tiny. This place makes a ton of money and can’t give you a room newer than 1995. Will never go back. 2/10 stay.

Staff was not accommodating. When i booked room i asked for handicap plus near elevators. I was told no problem.My sister and i both on oxygen and use walkers so walking too far is a struggle! Was told they only had one room available in wolf tower. Down long hallway then up to 7th floor and all the way to end of hall room 740. No sense in requesting a. Room if i wasnt 3hrs away i would have gone home.
