We were on our way to Packer game. This hotel was convenient to highway entrance. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice hotel, minutes from the ski slopes. The pool a pleasant bonus. Hot breakfast help to start a perfect day every day.

Decor needs upgrade, room was not cleaned, garbage not emptied, paper cups left on night stand, bed was poorly made. The quality of the breakfast was poor. There was no coffee. We had to ask for flatwear.

Stay was good and comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lot of parking space. Good staff.. The negative I found was break fast where items were remained short supply all the time. It was crowded. Another aspect which troubled me was not having microwave in the room. Rest all fine. I recommend this hotel for a night's stay.

rooms old but nice. no elevator. overall not too bad.

can't check in early, wait for an hours for check in.

The rooms on the upper floor require the room key as a security check. My key opened the initial entry door, but could not open the door at the top of the stairs. I went to the front desk to check what could be done and got a lecture on how cell phones can "mess-up" the key codes. They reprogrammed the key and I got access through a different door... Just to check since I was close, I tried the new key on the original "upstairs" door. It did not work. My deduction is that the door itself was at fault. My wife's key did not open it either Yet both keys opened the room door with no problem. The next day - we had booked a two day stay - my key wouldn't open any door. When I went to the front desk I got another lecture on how my iPad or my cell phone had corrupted the key from the same clerk of the previous day. When I got to my room, we checked my wife's key, she had been there resting. Her key would not open our room. It turned out that the hotel computer had reset our keys at the expected check-out time for a one day stay... Considering that our room was just about the furthest it could be from the front desk, this hiking back and forth to get keys reprogrammed was probably good for my health, but the dealing with an ignorant, irreverent, impolite and just plain obnoxious front desk jerk (oops meant clerk) made the stay less than pleasant. Maybe it was just the one clerk, maybe it was the over all management. In any case they will not get my business again!

Mattresses were hard, so be forewarned. I had to stand in the shower a long time before I was completely wet due to the lack of water pressure in the shower. While it improved after being in the shower for sometime in the a.m., it never was great. Also had to let the bathroom sink water run for awhile in the morning, as my 1st cup of water to brush my teeth with was orange.

The room was inexpensive, and close to the highway. That's the only good thing. Not very clean. Run down. Horrible food.

Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
