The wind made the heating/cooling system sound like it had lost gears, the pool was down and the athletics looked like yours get ringworm if you entered. The staff was nice, but my cousins stayed in a alternative room and their fridge was down the whole stay

Room was clean and front desk staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast was not as good. Hot food was very limited with some being empty for the entire time I was down there. Waffle mix was very runny which caused the final product to be very sub par. Pool was closed and there was no mention of it when booking. Ice maker on my floor was out of order and had to go to a different floor twice as the one I went to was out of ice. Hot was not as warm as would of expected.

Dont stay here unless you want to be woke up THREE seperate times before check out by housekeeping starting at 8:30am. We got 0 sleep as the hotel was super loud all night as well. The room was nice but whoever cleaned it only did a bare minimum job.
