We enjoyed a comfortable and quiet stay that was more affordable than other choices in Waverly. Buscuits and gravy would be a nice addition to their breakfast choices. A repeat customer.

Very decent for a quick overnight in Waverly

It was certainly adequate for a quick trip to Waverly. Arrived at 1 am and no one came to the front desk in response to the door bell soynd that chimed loudly 6-8 times, but someone did finally come when I dialed zero on the phone. It's bare bones and no frills, but clean, with comfortable beds, and decent TV, as well as fridge and microwave.

Looks like the basement in process of being refreshed. Work in 113 was nice. Floor under counter and in bathroom needed to be swept and mopped Back of bathroom door covered with a dust similar to cement dust. Front desk person was disinterested that our room keys did not work and had to literally hunt for a blanket. Except for the dust, the room was fresh and new looking.
