Very help full reserved online for two days was allowed to check out after one only being charged for one night!!

Way overpriced for older rundown motel. Rooms where small and smelled musty. Bathroom floor had water puddle in front of tub when we walked in.

Room was nice. Someone had damaged the bathroom door so it could not be closed. We let the front desk know and someone came and fixed within 2 hours. Breakfast was good. Pool area needs to be cleaned, lots of dust collected on the air vents, pool edges were dirty

The hotel Front desk clerk was awesome! Very friendly and informative. The first appearance of the hotel was it was alright. The room we stayed in was a family room with outdated living room furniture that was clean but did look iffy (couch, chairs & tables. Everything else was newer). The pool was a bit dirty and several of my children were shocked around the pool area. The incident was reported to several different people. I received a follow up call to let me know they found nothing. They apologized, but it's not worth it to me to return at this point if I am looking to swim. Breakfast was good.

All was well until about 2 am. I was awakened by what seemed to be 3-5 teenagers by their voices. They were running around the room pounding on the ceiling above me and jumping on the bed. Finally got back to sleep 3:30/4 o'clock after they ran out of steam.

Rooms where clean has truck parking breakfast was disappointment but plenty of places to eat within walking distance Wendy's to a bell Panera bread subway McDonald's all right in sight have to cross street to Panera bread and McDonald's shopping mall close too

We booked this hotel because its location was perfect for us. To my surprise, this hotel had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I mentioned this to the gal at the front desk and she said that she hears that a lot!

I had a really nice stay at the Days Inn in Waterloo! I spent about 4 days here. :) The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It has a small pool great for kids, an exercise room, reasonable guest laundry, and the bed was SO SOFT!

The rooms and everything thing else was absolutely spectacular. It could not have been better. Clean rooms, great breakfast and a knowledgeable and helpful staff, my only issue is with the internet which they probably have no control over.

Booked thru online third party as a three star location. This location is not worthy of that rating. Clean and service staff were all good. Facilities were not.
