Our stay in Waterloo was a good experience. We were there to visit family. The hotel is centrally located to shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was tasty.
The furniture in the common areas were broken down, stained and awful. Same with the chair in our room. Overall just felt very dirty and unkept.
It was close to the downtown for the Irish Fest decent hotel people are very nice

Rooms were damp and had a stale smell . Would not stay there again . The manager was supposed to call to discuss situation but hasn’t called yet .
Very old and was surprisingly pricey for the condition of the property.
There was a smell, floors were sticky, our room smelt like smoke, no elevator, and half of the containers for breakfast were empty.

Dehumidifiers everywhere in the Halls. Pool closed because it was too hot. Room door coming off hinges. Breakfast was cold eggs and cold sausage. Not impressed. Guess that's what you get for $67
Helpful staff clean room but had trouble with room door lock not working
TV Remote didn't work, false fire alarm went off several times, noisy neighbors.
It was a decent hotel and clean. Location was good and convenient.
They were very accommodating with our family reunion and the staff was very friendly
