Other things to note:

• Bedroom #4 does not have a door but is located in a separate downstairs apartment.

• Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly every Wednesday.

• The indoor pool is maintained at a minimum temperature of 80°F year-round. If you would like the water to be heated beyond this, an additional fee of $150 per day applies. Please let us know at least one day prior to your arrival so we can prepare the heating in advance.

• The hot tub is currently out of service, which is why it’s not included as one of the listed amenities.
