Location was safe & easy to find. Good value & concept. I did have issues with mobile key when entering the building & on elevator, so would suggest to arrive when Hotel Office is open in case of problems. (Note: Graphic on mobile pass seems to indicate a "waving" motion for the key which is incorrect). Our 2 bedroom - 1 bath was as advertised, though living room furniture was right up against one of the bedroom doorways & there was a lot of maneuvering and squeezing in to get by (walls also thin - noise could be heard within rooms & hall). Strangely, we had a Kuerig coffee machine but were left a packet of ground coffee. We had neither Kuerig cups or another coffee machine to make said coffee. Parking is an extra $30/day and garage is underground. Instructions on departure on both the provided paper parking instructions and on website & mobile messaging tell you that you have to leave the parking pass inside your unit on departure. This proved very inconvenient at check out. Key stops working immediately at 11:00 AM, so you will not be able to make it back upstairs to room or get on an elevator to leave after doing so if you cut it close (towed without parking pass so can't pull it right until departure). After texting office when I couldn't get back down to garage I was told about a parking pass drop off box you could use inside garage (something NEVER indicated in any instructions). This could have been clearer as I observed I was not the only guest this happened to.

This place was a real gem. Great location in DC.
