It was inexpensive and conveniently located and room was clean. The property is dated.

Only stayed the first night, only because I didn't have another option.

Ok, it is just a motel but it is super convenient and the people are great. I saved $200 each day by driving in to DC each morning.

The motel was reasonably clean. Water in the shower was reasonably hot. Other services were very basic. For example, shampoo was not provided in the bathroom

Extremely convenient, free parking. Capital Bikes-share station as well as 24 supermarket 1 block away. Quiet and spacious rooms and a nice place. Great deal

Originally chose this hotel for the low cost and proximity to DCA. It’s a small hotel so no breakfast, but a Keurig in the room. It’s an older hotel, some scuffs and scraps, signs of wear outside, but my room, while small, had upgraded finishes and an amazingly comfortable bed! I had to leave at 3:45 am to meet my flight and the front desk was there with a smile. I’d definitely return!!

I found myself needing a D.C. Area room in a week when a major convention drove hotel prices sky high. I can normally find a nice room in Crystal City for a reasonable (>$150) price, but rooms were going for $300+. I took a chance on this old fashioned street side motel, knowing that it would be far less than luxurious. The bad: exterior peeling paint, trash dumpster in the parking lot, stained carpets, frayed thin towels (one day I got a fluffy one!), stained tub surround, poor tv reception, and awful decor (they turned the double double room into a king, but left the old headboard stuck to the wall) The good: it was clean; the bed was comfortable; I didn't find any bedbugs; the guy in the "office" was friendly and helpful. Would I take my wife there? Never. Would I stay there again in a pinch? Probably.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Keyring, microwave, fridge, clean bathrooms and sheets. Nice for motel. However we did come across a dead cockaroach

Had stayed there before due to price proximity to DC public transportation. I knew the rooms were basic, but we really only need a bed to sleep a few hours at night. This time however there was an older man at the reception who, with his incredible rudeness almost made my wife cry. Next time we won't go budget anymore, I know you get what you pay for, but I really don't need to have our weekend getaway spoiled by a measly front desk manager.

First room found 4 bed bugs in covers. Mike was quick to move us to another room and very accomodating. On third day woke up covered in bites from bugs in second room that we didn't see when we moved. Now have to boil everything, figure out how to sterilize anything that was on the bed, etc. so it wasn't worth the price. Otherwise room was clean and location is great. What a shame. Will not stay there again!
