Property was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom was a nice surprise touch. Highly recommend and will stay again. A little pricy for the size of the room, but overall very happy with my stay

The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. I travel here for work, and it's conveniently a 5-minute walk to my office in Old Town. The space was clean, quiet, and made my business trip very stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was quiet. No issues with ck in or ck out. The toilet wasn't flushing, but it was fixed and all good. Could have used more klennex. None in supply cabinet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a great place and the location was amazing. The kitchen had stove,microwave,fridge, even dishwasher! Bathroom had heated floors! Large windows for lots of light in the entire place! Its a gem hidden in plain sight. Easy to miss, which is part of the charm that it blended in so well. Modern accommodations in this historic town. Easy in and out. Accessibility to the water front or to the Metro by the Free trolly or close enough to walk. King Street is full of delightful store and friendly people and it looks amazing all lit up at night! The Kasa has its own private courtyard too for nights under the lights or early morning coffee. This was a great find!

I stayed for five nights at this Kasa. Check in process was easy and I never had issues getting into the building/Room. There is nobody onsite, but you can communicate via text with what appears to be a bot. There is also a virtual assistant. Location on King Street is the biggest plus of this unit. Room I was in needs a good deep cleaning. The AC unit has visible dust/grime/debris in it. I was not very comfortable with air circulating thru this dirty AC unit. There was also a dead bug in front of it when I arrived. The chair in unit was in bad shape and left side arm pops out of its supports repeatedly and you have to put it back in. Shampoo holder in shower needs to be reassembled. Cleanliness/condition of unit was biggest negative. The small room was fine for 1-2 people and you can’t beat the location. Location was the biggest plus!

No one ever sent the code to get into the door, we had to wait for over an hour for someone to finally send the form to upload my license so we could access the property. This was really frustrating. It was very cold in the room, the floor heaters in the bathroom didn't function and the shower had very limited water pressure. Overall, not a great experience. Location was good though. But not worth the price.

Pretty rough room. Nice amenities and such but window was broken and leaking cold air. The toilet didn't flush. Constantly hit my head on the range hood. TV Roku also didn't work even after replacing batteries. Busy street below and the trucks woke me up around 4am likely why they keep ear plugs in the room. They also charged me $26 extra bucks and not really sure why.
