The guest house was good value for money. I enjoyed staying in a residential area in DC close enough to walk to the embassy that i had to visit so that I did not gave to contend with traffic or parking and could fit in a walk to the zoo as a visit bonus. The guest house has no frills, but is quite comfortable. My room did not gave a tv, but books were provided. Jack was very helpful, especially with the on street parking. Overall a very positive experience.

The one unique thing I liked were the freshly baked cookies

Old, outdated house, squeaky stairs and floors, no TV in room, street parking is painful, breakfast smell wakes you up goes through whole house

The House has the potential to be a real charmer, but is badly in need of redecorating, and an update to its electrical system. There was only one modern, three-pronged outlet in my room, and it was in the bathroom. The plumbing was functional, but lacking in aesthetic appeal.

Friendly, welcoming and a great location. Owner is very helpful.

Charming, enjoy meeting other guests Wifi and hot water lacking

It was very homey, the owner and other staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I love quirky little places like this. When I checked in, there was a plate of delicious chocolate chip cookies on the table leading upstairs. It felt more like I was staying in the home of a friend than in a hotel.

Great location. Lovely staff. The rooms have been awkwardly renovated.

Very welcoming, special touches. Great breakfast. Perfect for our stay on DC.

Wonderful stay. Can’t beat the location. Spacious rooms and attentive staff. Would stay again.

Needed a place to stay close to a business meeting at the convention center on Woodley Ave. It was a quick 4 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. I don't have much to offer about the breakfast as I spent very little time at the Inn. I would book it again for a pleasure trip!

Great place to stay in DC. Will definitely go back.

You can't ask for a better host, Jack the owner makes you feel like you are special by helping you in every way. Thank you Jack for a great stay.

This B and B was very comfortable. Jack was very welcoming and provided cookies, wine, and beer. The location is quiet yet very close to metro, zoo, and national cathedral

we had a lovely stay in the comfortable clean room. and all the people we met were warm and welcoming from the staff to the guests. it was a great stay.

The location is very good. The staff along with Jack are welcoming and lovely.
