Desk staff and manager were polite and handled a belligerent guest fairly well. I don’t know the whole situation but I think they could have been more accommodating. Room was stained everywhere: rugs, shades etc. the place run down big time. Horrible cover up disinfectant smell. Hair interwoven in towels and shampoo was open and had been there through several guests. I recommend staying at the Arc for the same price and clean rooms instead.

If you're looking for luxury, don't look here. If you want a decent place to stay for a low price, this will do. Clean, neat. They have basics like an iron and hairdryer in the room but not coffee service, that sort of thing. Still, no complaints! We had a nice stay and will stay there again.

I loved the location, the ability to have an indoor parking spot. Definite positives for both.

convenient location, I was there for one night and used the room to sleep only but would stay there again

Felt very secure and welcome. Tbe front desk staff was very polite. The location was great and very quiet.

Wonderful location but short on towels and linens.

Super comfortable rooms. Love the views and rooms.

I just needed a place to sleep and didn't care too much about amenities. This place is in good proximity to bike rental and close enough to the sights. However, the cleanliness was sub par; stains on shower curtain, floors were sticky, new towels had stains and dirt on them and tables looked like they were wiped off with a very dirty cloth and looked very dirty. In the main area between the room and the elevator, the lights (or the one that worked) are motion sensor controlled and don't come on until you're halfway across the room. The stairwell had beer cans and garbage in them. I think they hire random people to poorly paint the rooms. However, I didn't really care about all this. I'm just a guy who needed to sleep somewhere. I could hear the adjacent tenants at night though the wall. Others might want to avoid this place if they like nice, clean rooms.

Since we had three in our party, they upgraded us to a two bedroom facility at no additional cost which was very kind. The rooms were plain but clean.

It's a place to 'hang your hat' but not hang around in. Confusing. It would have been nice to have known that it was an Egyptian Gov property and how to reach the front desk. The first number provided me went to Voice Mail when I wasn't sure I was in the right place. Poor ventilation. Food oders either lingers from previous guests or floating in from other rooms. Walls very thin. Could clearly hear guests in other room(s)
