The hotel was great, especially for the price I paid. I stayed in room 417, about half way down the hall from the elevator. I couldn't hear other guests or the elevator doors. Small complaint: my large refrigerator seemed to be loud during the night, but then very quiet at other time: recommend replacing or fixing the fridge. There is a full size fridge though for guests that want to save $ on food. There was also a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a few other things to cook/meal prep with. The bed was actually really comfortable; soft sheets and the bed didn't sag. The shower was easily adjustable for temperature and could get as hot as you like. Water pressure for the shower was excellent, and there is body wash, shampoo, conditioner already in the shower. Location is only a short drive to all kinds of great food. Overall I was really happy with my stay. Only recommendation is to fix the fridge.
The one bedroom suite gave us the room we needed for the kids to have their own space as well as a fully function kitchen which made dinner a breeze

I liked the fact that we could bring our Guinea Pig as long as he stayed in the cage. They had an adorable elephant made out of towels on the bed ready to greet us. The room was updated, clean, and had everything you needed.

Very Friendly staff. My father stayed in the parking lot in his camper. staff was concerned that he would be warm enough and offered him a blanket. Very accommodating! Would have loved to be able to buy a single serving box wine in the convenience store.
When i arrived, there was no one at the desk to check in. There was a phone on the desk that had a sign which read, "press 0 to call operator." It rang to the phone behind the desk, where no one was. I waited probably 30 minutes for Ralph to return from whatever he was doing. Check in was easy, room was decent. A lot of people use the hotel as a residence and you can tell. It was like walking around a college dorm. I forgot to get my credit card back at check in which i failed to realize until a few hours later. I went to the desk to get it and guess what? Ralph was no where to be found! This time i waited around, oh, an hour until he came back. No point in using the phone to call for help.

Front desk was so rude. My room was smelling very bad. I was itchy everywhere when i was sleeping. Place is near any food place. Please dont go to that place.
Everything was pretty nice! I had a clean space. Plenty of room, as the room was very spacious and clean. I has a very enjoyable and peaceful night.
Wonderful check in experience! Nice touch w the microwave popcorn. better quality coffee in the room would be appreciated. Newer cups due to the coffee stains.
