We recently met in DC for a small family gathering and stayed at this property for 4 nights. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Good location for seeing the sights. However it is not close to a Metro station and street parking is at least a block away. It is located on a very busy street and traffic noise can be an issue, if you’re a light sleeper use a bedroom in the back of the property. We had a problem with one of showers on day one, but the host was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Overall it was a great property especially for a larger group.

Some friends and I rented this place for our March Madness trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Only about 15 minute walk to Capital One Arena, tons of restaurants around, and felt very safe, though you should be prepared for a little noise being on a main road. Host was very communicative, made sure we were good throughout the stay, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable city stay in DC!

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms.
