cons: - very stressful check-in process. The block of flats is on the main road (Marszalkowska), but the entrance is round the back and hard to find. The entrance code in the instructions was also wrong, eventually someone else from the block of flats helped us (it was apparently changed two years earlier) - visible areas seemed clean, but under furniture there was a lot of dirt (including an egg, weirdly). Bathroom smelt bad - probably the pipes - needed to run water for a while to make it pleasant to be in there - would be very helpful if the location on hotels.com is updated to show where the entrance gate is, not the flat itself pros: - well-located for public transport and shops/restaurants - very generously-sized accommodation and good value - this is run by an agency, and the lady whom I spoke to on the phone when trying to get in did her best to help and to contact others to help, although because it wasn't her flat she didn't know about the entrance issues - once I was able to get into the flat, it was a very pleasant stay!

We arrived early in the morning and property management allowed us to check in right away since the apartment was ready. Really appreciate it! Directions and instructions to access were communicated ahead of time and were very clear. The apartment itself was super clean and cozy with all necessary utensils in place. Well, except only a bottle opener :) Grocery stores and bus stations are next to the building. Wonderful place for both short and extended stay.

Very clean and beautiful, excellent location

Excellent condo, very clean, newly renovated. Even though there are only two bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, one with shower and one half-bath. You cannot beat the location, a lot of transportation around, easy access to subway and trams. The only downside is that it is a quite complicated process to initially get your key: you have to go to their office and if you don't have a car and don't know your way around public transit system yet, it is a pain in the neck. I wish the host made it easier to get the keys near the condo. Otherwise no complaint, there was no corkscrew and the management brought it right away when we asked. The condo had all the other necessary utensils.
