the hotel is located in the inner patio with several enrance gates from Chnielna and Bracka streets, itis very quiet yet very near the main streets of the city. i would like to mention two persons who made our stay very very pleasant, Miss Anastasia Jarrynicz and Mr Robert Konopka. these are the people at the reception desk who were extremely lovely and helpful at all times. the room is actually a small apartement with a toilet and a batroom wit additional toilet and a bath. it has a large living room with a kitchenette , with an electric range, an ovemn, dishes, a toaster and a kettle , and a fridge. the sleeping area is separated by a curtain and the beds are great. everything looks very tasteful, new, modern and comfortable. we loved our say at the Mamaison Residence Diana and special thanks to Anastasia and Robert.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Only good things to say - central for the Old Town and the city. Very clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Plenty of eateries around you too. The room was very large with a huge comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, kitchenette and lounge area. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed here for a few nights whilst visiting friends living in Warsaw. The rooms are absolutely huge- we were upgraded to a one bedroom deluxe suite, which was 80metres square- and are fully equipped to be apartments, with cooking facilities, etc. The location is very central, being close to shops, bars, the Main Warsaw Train station, and a reasonable drive to Warsaw Chopin airport. Many of the rooms face an inner courtyard, which is usually quiet. The only things which could be improved are the breakfast selection and the service at the hotel restaurant/bar...we ended up getting drinks from the bar ourselves, rather than keep waiting for the table service.
Excellent! It was the second time we are visiting warsaw and diana mamaison hotel. Perfect apartment! Kind and helpful staff. Closed to the old city.we were 2+1 got big apartment with one bedroom upstairs and living room with kitchen down. I'm sure we will come back.
We stayed there for 3 nights. GREAT location, our room was quiet. The room was really large, with a possibility to divide the room in 2 with a large curtain - super convenient. Mini kitchen to store food in the fridge. Very decent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.
In fact, staying here is possibly better than living in Warsaw because of the dead-centre location and the high standard of the accommodation. My premium studio was on the top floor of the Residence, and although the sloping ceilings might have been a problem for tall guests, I loved my 'perch' and the views that came with it (including one of the Palace of Science and Culture - a Warsaw icon). One slight drawback is that the two skylights in the ceiling have no reachable blinds or covers, so the early morning light comes in and wakes you up. Also, the wifi is patchy though better in the mornings. But generally it was very quiet (some noise does come up from diners/drinkers/smokers in the courtyard), and extremely spacious and comfortable. There was a living room area, a dining area, a decent kitchen (but please provide some bowls and mugs and a coffee or tea pot!), and a nice big double bed round the corner. The bathroom was at least twice as large as mine at home. All this for about £88 per night, which compares well with better hotels in central Warsaw. The location cannot be better, and the breakfast (at 50 zlotys) was first class. I would certainly stay at the Residence on future visits, not least so that I can pretend I'm living right in the heart of Warsaw.
We stayed at the Mamaison Residence Diana Warsaw for four nights. The room was spacious and clean. We had a Studio apartment with a comfortable king-sized bed, couch, table and kitchenette. Air conditioning worked well. Good black-out curtains for sleeping. 2 bathrooms which was a nice feature. There was a washing machine and dryer on our floor which could be used by guests free of charge. The location is close to Nowy Swiat street, and it is a good location for walking to the sights of Warsaw. Walking distance to the central train station. We didn't have the hotel breakfast as it seemed expensive and there are lots of very close breakfast cafes in the area - two good ones are Bulke Bibulke on Zgoda street and Croque Madam on Nowy Swiat. The hotel is a short walk from the National Philharmonic Concert Hall, it is nice to attend a concert there in the evening. Don't bother with the Warsaw City Tour promoted by the front desk - the tour guide asked us three times whether we had cash to pay him, and we didn't visit all the sites they advertised.
We stayed in Mamaison Le Regina a few years ago, which was a wonderful experience, but needed a gotel close to the train station so booked Mamaison Diana based on previous Mamaison experience. We weren't dissapointed. The staff were very helpful, we had the breakfast, which was delicious and well worth the cost and most importantly the room was amazing (which was an upgrade - thanks). If you are looking for a place in Warsaw, this is it!
We stayed here recently and thoroughly appreciated the kitchen, stereo, and other amenities provided. What a great location close to both autobus and underground access. Very close to Warsaw nightlife? We bothe would highly recommend this hotel.
I stayed at the Mamaison Residence and was pleasantly surprised at the hotel. I booked online wanting something that had a bit more space than just a regular hotel room, and I was very happy. I had a small studio like apartment, 2 bathrooms, galley kitchen, and open space with bed and living area (tv). The decor was simple, and tasteful. Lots of good lighting. Lots of space for 1 person, this would be extremely ideal for a couple. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, the location is about a 15-20 min walk from the Warsaw Central station and was easy to find after asking for directions. Check in was quick, my room was ready ahead of time also which was nice. Location is pretty quiet, not a lot of noise either outside nor inside the hotel. I had 2 small issues, I found the beds too soft for me personally, I would have liked a firmer mattress and I couldn't find an alarm clock anywhere. The bed I realize is pesonal preference and not a big deal. The alarm clock I feel should be standard and I didn't see one anywhere. Overall this is a fantastic hotel for a short stay in Warsaw. Highly recommended.
