Room not like in pictures. Two room is separate with another doors, so we hear everything what’s going on in next room. Bad not confortable. Wiev from window was wall. prise and confort is bad. We dont like this hotel at all

It's a good hotel if you only stay 1 night. We had one of those connecting rooms (number 27) and the other connecting room was also rented out even though the hotel had only few guests (would have been nice to rent out every other room so guests won't disturb each other). The room was very noisy, we can hear everything what was going on on the street like it would be in the room and also everything that people were talking in the room next to us. The bed located under a window that did not close properly and wind was blowing directly to the bed so we drag the bed to the other side of the room. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. Pillows were big and soft and so was the blanket. Bathroom: bath faucet did not work, the drainage did not work and the towels were sadly very worn down.

Clean, friendly, free WIFI,good breakfast buffet. 2 nights stay room very clean and tidy, personell friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Took a taxi to the centre, possibly not the cheapest means to get there but areasonable price.

Just a short bus or taxi ride from the airport (less than 15 minutes), so it's very convenient. The room I stayed in was perfectly clean and functional. Breakfast for 40zl was more than a little pricey but the convenience alone would have made it worth that, and in addition to being convenient there was also a wide variety of hot food and drinks on offer. Reception staff was fully bilingual and very prompt. I know where I'm staying next time I fly in/out of Warsaw.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights. Overall the impression is nice, the room was on a small side but comfortable enough, especially the bed was comfy. The hotel lacks some individuality but this is a chain hotel so it is understandable. On the downside, we were given a room which had an adjacent room connected through a door to ours, and we could hear everything that was happening in that room (their alarm clock woke us up). The reception staff was friendly and helpful. What we didn't like is that the restaurant closed too early, when we came back after a day of sightseeing at 9 pm, the kitchen was closed already. It wouldn't be an issue if there were any cafe around, but there is nothing. The nearest place we managed to buy some food in was in a few minutes' driving. Good that we came by car. Without a car you would be in trouble. The parking is a bit small for a big hotel like this, on both nights we took the last parking spot available. However the hotel is not expensive, so overall its a good value for money. Better to stay there if you travel by car.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel, but I'm sure I will be back... In reception very friendly and welcoming staff. Room spacious, comfortable and clean with everything what you need included ( kettle, tea, coffe and little kitchen area). Hotel is really pretty and cosy. Close to the aiport. I would recommend this hotel.

Check in went well, room was clan, service was good. Very close to the airport. However if you want to find a restaurant in the neighbourhood - they are not there. It is outside of the city center what I knew - and no restaurants in the area. So if you want to have a dinner - then taxi or city bus is required. Finally you do not drink and drive ... No issues to find a parking place for your car at the hotel though. Next time - nothing to complain and no major issues during the stay but I was missing a chance to get to some reasonable quality restaurant in the area. Finally I did that and walked to Balkanski Kociol (Balkan food) mentioned in my another review like 3 kms walk - what I did. Good walk to get hungry and good walk after dinner. But if you do not want to walk - you will end up on hotel restaurant - which is never my favourite. Not a bad place but some inconveniences (restaurant).

worst restaurant ever! save money and eat somewhere else. you actually have to request a power card if you plan on turning any lights. there was hair all over one of the towels. toilets won't flush properly. and expect to spend a good five minutes trying to get the door unlocked. oh and lol, if you want to put the chain on the door from the inside, good luck because they have it upside down(at least in one room)

Best Western Hotel Poleczki in Warsaw is a very nice place to stay not far away from the airport. They have good restaurant where you can have nice dinner or lunch. Comfortable beds and reasonable prices. This place is good for bussiness but also for privet trips.

The hotel room was very chip, making it the basic advantage. There was a free parking and wifi included. The room itself seems quite cold and strict (no carpets), but serves its basic purpose (sleeping) well. It's located very close to the Warsaw airport (less than 5 minutes drive), making it a great alternative to the expensive hotels by the airport. The main disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning in the room - we needed to leave the balcony door open for a while (luckily for us - it wasn't hot outside). I'm afraid, that it can be uncomfortable staying there during really hot days.
