The Space:

In the area there are many atmospheric dining establishments and service and retail outlets to meet all daily needs. 450 m from the building there is an intimate local shopping center ''Galeria Ursynów'' with numerous restaurants and stores. The King John Iii Palace Museum in Wilanów is 11 minutes by car from the apartment. Communication with other parts of Warsaw is also not a problem, thanks to the proximity of public transportation points on nearby streets. 400 meters from the building there is a subway station ''Natolin'', which guarantees convenient access to the city center. The building is located between two green areas of Lasek Brzozowy and Park Przy Bażantarni, providing a view from the windows of the apartment not only of the surrounding buildings, but also of the greenery of the parks.
