Located less than a mile from the base of Lincoln Peak at Sugarbush, this first-floor unit offers the best of both convenience and comfort. The resort shuttle stops just steps from your door, giving you quick, car-free access to world-class skiing. It’s only a few minutes drive to the main base lodge or to Sugarbush’s golf course. You’re also within easy reach of Mad River Glen, downtown Waitsfield, and local shops, breweries, and swimming holes.
Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming space that blends practicality with warmth. The open living area is bright and comfortable, centered around a cozy gas fireplace — perfect after a day on the slopes. A large sectional sofa invites you to settle in for movie night, board games, or just a relaxing nap after a long hike.
The adjacent dining table seats six and flows into a compact but well-stocked kitchen. Perfect accommodations for our long ski weekend. Comfortable and convenient. The amenities in the rec center are a nice bonus. Outdoor hot tub - a nice way to end the day. Kate is a great host and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
