Was very pleased with the whole experience. Room was clean, free coffee & Tea in lobby all day. Easy parking, plenty of parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Gas station across the street. Walmart just down the road a bit. Free Breakfast was a bonus (although they did not set up the waffle station not sure why). Really like this place.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Customer service was lacking. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of comfort and professionalism. Additionally, we were denied a refund for an unused night, despite needing to depart early due to unsafe travel conditions. The pool also remained out of service for the entire duration of our stay, with no communication or updates provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be selecting alternative accommodations in the future.
