Impossible to sleep here

The flat is in the middle of Ware, 50 yards from the main roundabout with the high street where there is a sign saying 'Ware Town Centre'. It is also next to a pub and opposite a Sainsbury's local which has deliveries all night. The traffic, deliveries and pub noise meant it was impossible to get any sleep and we had to leave after only 1 night.As well as this there were rat traps and razors in the parking area behind the flats. There was also rubbish piled up infront of the block and a distinct smell of mould in the entrance hall. Whilst the owner has done a good job of decorating the flat it's location means that it cannot be considered unless you are used to sleeping on a main road. The owner was extremely aggressive and unhelpful when we told her we would be leaving. Even though we left the flat immaculate she refused to consider a reduction in rental. She also refused to accept that the flat is in the town centre despite the Town Centre sign 50 yards from the door.
