Motel 6 Walla Walla

I've stayed here before, but I doubt I will return. It was hard to confirm our reservation and when I finally got someone, twice they wanted me to call back in ten minutes. The rooms did not feel very clean, the bathroom was patched with paint, curtain offered privacy but were also too dark, a sheer under panel would be great to offer privacy and let light into the room. As reasonable as the rate was, it felt too expensive for the comfort of the room.

I had a hard time understanding the clerk that registered me.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance into the cute old downtown of Walla Walla. Many wine tasting rooms are located in the old downtown area. The hotel is clean and has no frills, It is dog friendly and our room had a slight dog odor which went away after running the air conditioner.

What's not to like? Clean room, great location, and reasonable price. Exactly as it should be.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, and hotel was convenient location.

Was clean and overall and nice room. Quiet good location, easy check-in and check out. Everything we needed for our stay. Will be going back for business and staying again. Good value. Had a easily available guest laundry.

We were in town for wine tasting and like staying downtown, close to everything. We have stayed here before and this time it was even better than the first. King bed, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and quick service. A great value for your money. Will stay again.

Visiting for the weekend to attend the bicycling race Tour of Walla Walla. Facility was very clean inside and out. Location and parking felt safe. Room was slightly dated but had all the amenities we needed like fresh clean towels and hot shower.

My wife and I had a very good stay the hotel was very nice and comfortable . The staff however seemed as though they were being put out if they we're asked for anything otherwise a great stay.

This motel has clean rooms with new and comfortable beds. I also enjoyed it's proximity to downtown Walla Walla.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. We just missed the time frame for the free breakfast so the young man at the desk gave us suggestions of places to go. His top suggestion was the Maple Counter. It was wonderful!

Exceeded my expectations! Really can't be beat for the price.

We paid $123 to stay here on a Saturday. At that price the place is a dump. Weekday rate is $59. At that price the place is adequate. The room is clean, the bed comfortable. The room looked to be painted by a blind man. The outside looks like a cop show set of an urban drug dealer bust . See the guys in Kevlar vests? Breakfast is marginal. I agree with the other guy, if you are going to Walla Walla for a weekend of great wine and dine, fork out another $30 and stay somewhere decent.

This was not a bad hotel. However, there were a couple things that made me not want to stay here again. First, the free WiFi did not work the first night and the second night it was not a steading connectiong. Next the TV had cable, yet all the channels were fuzzy and hurt the eyes to watch. There was a dirty hand towel in the bath room. There were no free plugs for chargers of cell phones, laptop ect. The hotel called you in the morning asking if you wanted your room to be cleaned.

The room is nice. The staff not so much. .........

The hotel was okay. The beds were hard and the continental breakfast was made up of off brand frozen waffles, a few pieces of fruit, and some muffins. That is to be expected for a hotel like this. The bummer was the guy at the front desk who checked us in. Granted it was 1:45am and I likely woke him up, but he was irritable, short with his conversation, and unhelpful with any questions I had. He seemed angry that I was even standing in front of him. That was pretty much the atmosphere of the hotel anyway, so at least he was consistent.

Nice amenities but nothing really special about pool etc.

We were in the "newer" section and the room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The location is good and the parking was close to the room. Note that the rooms open to the outside (which was fine in late April). The only thing that would discourage me from returning is that the breakfast was fairly minimal and the lobby (for the breakfast) is small.

It's not the fanciest...but it worked for the night. The doors locked and the water ran. I don't have anything bad to say. If needed, I would stay there again.

Located two blocks off Hwy 12 and three blocks from the center of town, this place is convenient to everything, yet quiet and easy to get in and out of. I've been in four rooms now on three different stays. All were immaculately clean but although it's a non-smoking hotel, one room smelled badly of smoke. Staff was gracious in accommodating a change. Amenities: Each room has a flat-screen TV (all the remotes are quirky and there's no program sheet to tell you where to find your favorite channels, which would be helpful#, a mini-fridge and microwave. A coffee maker would be a real plus. Toiletries are the basics #shampoo, facial and bath soaps); bring your own shower cap, conditioner and lotion. Hair dryer is functional. There's an iron and ironing board and a small clothing rack. Beds are comfortable but not plush; plenty of good pillows provided. So far I've only been there in cool to cold weather and the room temperature has been perfect for me without need for adjustment, so I don't know well it can be adjusted to suit your own comfort. The motel is pet friendly, but there is a $10 pet fee which is not mentioned in its online info and is confusingly described in its office sign as applying to "pets 30 lbs. or less" but was charged for my dog although he's 80 lbs. The offered continental breakfast is not always available and is a limited spread in the front office when it is. This is typically one of the lowest price hotels in Walla Walla, and, for the price, an excellent value.

We are happy to hear we were able to meet your necessity. Although I'm sorry to hear that we are having issues with our door lock.
