My sister-in-law and I loved staying here! It was very clean. The condo had everything we needed. We could hear the waves from our room. There was an air conditioner in the living room area with fans in the living room area fans in both bedrooms. It did get a little warm in the bedrooms at night. The beach is a very short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds are so comfortable. I slept better here than I did at my own house.
We loved the beach decor.

The view from the balcony was exceptional, exactly as pictured.We loved the location of this property. It is central to roads leading to all points on the island and only 15 minutes from the airport. It was also extremely quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked. Extra beach chairs and beach towels were provided.The window a/c is small for the unit, but extra fans made it comfortable.

Amazing property in a quiet and well kept building! Ocean front with a small beach just a two minute walk away! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive hosts. Highly recommend!!

Loved Our 314

Conveniently located to beach, pool, great restaurants, all within walking distance. Centrally located for easy driving to many sites on the island. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds - we had a great time!!

Maalea condo

Beautiful property! The maintenance staff was constantly grooming the grounds. This suite was newly painted white which made it feel very clean & fresh. The only advice would be about the bathroom showers, the grout could have been redone to make it feel as clean as the rest of the suite. However even with this being said the bathrooms are very clean. The beds all had white dressings & were very clean & comfortable. Paintings/decor suited the sweet very well & felt very Hawaiian/summer. The refrigerator & ice maker also worked well. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great for us because we cooked everyday. Overall the condo was very spacious. It was very easy to park our vehicle & we had options to bring things up through stairs or elevators. There are various fruit trees growing on the property which was very cool. Banana trees, mango tree, passion fruit tree & even a Pomelo tree! There were few small ants around edge of living room when we got there. But there was bait in the closet & we put it out & by next day they were all gone, it didn't seem anything out of the ordinary for Hawaii though. There were no other bugs in the unit & again it felt very clean. This condo is on the south side of Maui & is extremely windy, so at night it was cool w/just the fans, we did not need to use the air conditioner. We had to drive to grocery stores, we enjoyed it being quiet here. The beach out front to the left was very beautiful, we saw many sea turtles. We would stay again

Home away from home

We loved our stay here - it was very homey. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and coolers were especially useful for day trips and beach days. Having fans in each room meant we didn't need to use the AC. Had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The premises were very well kept; quiet times were enforced so there was no late night issues or noise. The location was very central to the island as a whole. We had a car, so it meant we could easily get to all parts of the island when exploring. The public beach beside the property was amazing. I think it is underrated, we saw lots of fish and turtles while snorkeling. We would absolutely stay here if we go back to Maui!

Bathroom could be cleaner, especially the shower. Also, would be nice to have a box of tissues in the bathroom and more wash clothes. The view was wonderful from the balcony!! and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated having air conditioning, too!
