Spectacular location with killer views; the condo was super comfortable and well appointed with tons of thoughtful touches; the pool and restaurant/bar right next door were wonderful for lounging and sunsets; and our hosts were exceptionally communicative and responsive. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful place! We have stayed at many condo's, and I will say this one was the nicest. Very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and the photos of the balcony don't do it justice. The owners really keep the place up. Very enjoyable stay. Also next door to the Ocean Club, where the food, drinks and ambiance are great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Big Island Vacation

The place was perfect for us, 2 couples in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, right on the ocean. Very nice.

Fantastic place, great location , wonderful support team

Fantastic property. Great location with ocean front views of the whales. Property was clean and very well equipped. Burt and the management team communicated clearly and were very responsive and helpful . We are looking forward to our next stay at this incredible property .

Best Vacation Rental

This is the best vacation rental we have ever been fortunate to call home for a trip. Condo had everything we needed and then some. The view is as good as one could hope to find. Check-in process was smooth. Stay here if you get the opportunity.

Perfect Spot

Wonderful place, great view (perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand), plenty of space for our family of four and nice amenities. We would certainly recommend staying here. Process was very easy, Burt and team were very responsive.

Hawaii Graduation Trip

We absolutely LOVED our unit AND Hali’i Kai. It was perfect for us. The condo was great, the view was even better. We loved the pool and the restaurant and the lava trail. Perfect property. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Stay

The only thing disappointing for us was the inability to book our vacation here in 2024. I’ve been on all he islands and love Kona. I have never had the whale and dolphin show we had off our back deck 24/7. Was wonderful along with perfect place for sunset toasts.

A Beautiful Space

The property was in perfect order. It was clean and exactly as shown in the photographs. It was also appreciated that the owner provided chairs, towels and an umbrella for the beach.

Burt and Krish were always quick to respond to any questions. Condo was lovely. Clean and beautiful. Quiet location. Easy access to the condo was a plus (parking was close).

Wonderful!

Condo was wonderful for our family, it was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. Would stay here again. Unit is very short walk from pool. Beach equipment (chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler) was a huge plus for beach days. Condo is only 10-15 minute drive from Hapuna beach, one of the best in Hawaii.

Beautiful view

Everything you needed in the kitchen and for beach/pool toys. Comfortable beds, deck furniture and condo size. Convenient next door to pool and fitness facility. Very clean and nice! Enjoyed eating our breakfast on back patio looking for spinner dolphins and watching the outrigger canoes row by.

Fantastic location, beautiful, well-stocked, clean condo! Exactly as pictured.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. From arrival to departure, everything was smooth. The condo is one of the best stocked condos I’ve ever stayed at. Ample space, beautiful decor, and immaculately clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. On a clear day, you get views of Maui. The pool and onsite restaurant are also both spectacular. Burt was great to work with and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend this place to stay. .

Perfect all the way around

I can’t say enough… The pictures do not do justice for the view. However everything in the condo was great. Great washer and dryer! Great shower pressure. A/c was fully functional!Kitchen was stocked. The condo was super close to the pool and restaurant which was also nice. The area of condos is also very quiet and the condo itself was quiet so neighbors did not disturb you at all. I can’t think of anything that we would have wished. We shall be back!

Great view of the ocean

Very nice condo. We love Halii Kai, and I hated to leave. We will be back very soon. One thing I would love to see is black out shades in the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep past 6AM there. Maholo

Perfect!

My husband and I just returned from an 8 day stay on the Big Island at Hali'i Kai and loved it. This unit was perfect - had an incredible view of the ocean, it was quiet, comfortable and we can't wait to go back. It was only my husband and I but it would definitely accommodate another couple because of the 2 King Beds. The location next to the Ocean Club is awesome also. Burt and the team from Better Homes were very communicative and helpful.

Great Month of Aloha!

The unit at Hali'i Kai was one of the best we've ever leased. This was our third time visiting Waikoloa Beach in the last 13 months and the accommodations were the best thus far. The views from the unit are better than the pictures and we loved being close to the club and pool. Our 3 year old loved snorkeling in the pool and riding her scooter on the roads and. Would definitely consider this unit again and Burt, the manager was fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Maholo!

Halii Kai never disappoints

This was our 3rd stay at Halii Kai and our first at an oceanfront unit. What a treat even though the whales had not yet arrived. I never thought a sectional on the lanai would be a game changer but now it may be a “must have”. Wonderful to comfortably sit with our morning coffee or at sunset with an adult beverage. The condo had dimmers to add to the ambience, a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed including foil and plastic wrap not to mention spices galore. Pods and dryer sheets in the laundry room were greatly appreciated. This is a popular unit and the combo of location/amenities and service by Burt and his team Make it well worth the daily rate.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this condo during our honeymoon. The condo was very clean and had all of the essentials. The view from the lanai and master bedroom was hands down the best part about this condo. This was my second stay at Halii Kai and the property is just as great as I remembered. Quiet, well maintained and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay again here myself. The only issue we had was that we thought there would be a grill but it was no where to be found in the unit or on the lanai. We never asked about it through because we ended up eating out so much!

Beautiful Halii Kai

This property was way beyond my expectations! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The Ocean Club was fabulous with great food and drinks. Make sure you say Aloha to Farrah, she is a treasure! Lando and Daniel pour a mean Mai Tai. Mahalo to you all for making our stay so wonderful, Aloha Jonene & Jenn
