The Customer Service is great. The room are nice and clean.

The pull out couch still had sheets and blankets from the previous user. And there were no pillows available at the hotel for the sleeper couch :(

Very nice I wish the 2 rooms I booked were next to each other

convenient, new, clean. bring a wine opener if you plan to drink wine! Could use some wine glass too.

Very very very comfy place to stay. Feels like your just living in a one bedroom studio apartment with everything included in no extra price.

This hotel is new so very clean. The rooms are comfortable and the staff phenomenal. The only issues were small. No wine glasses and the corkscrew was cheap and bent. When housekeeping came in they didn't take the garbage under the sink (only 1 day). I thought the breakfast bar was great but would like bacon (can't eat sausage). Coffee was excellent. We had a problem with the air in one of the bedrooms. The maintenance man was off so the manager came to try and help. She couldn't and called maintenance in. It was fixed in an very timely manner. I was impressed.

You get what you pay for. Extremely noisey hotel. We happened to visit and at the same time, a group of high school students with chaperones were also visiting. I felt we should have been notified, as these kids made our stay extremely unpleasant. Beds were clean but rooms could have been cleaned much much more. All the rugs in the hotel looked so dirty. We didn't hear a vacuum start up once while we were there. The pool was filthy upon arrival. Sand, grass, bandaids, ear plugs, all sitting at the bottom. A pair of dirty, soaked socks sat on the side of the pool. They didn't move our entire stay. Like who is cleaning and monitoring this pool? Clearly no one or someone isn't doing their job. Hotel is very poorly made. You could hear absolutely everything. The first night we had to call the front desk, as the high school kids above us were jumping around until 2am. The next morning we approached the front desk and asked who was above us and if they or us could be moved and the man said "I don't know anything about that" and walked away. Horrible customer service. Breakfast was sub par. No fresh fruit other than apples, one day they had no milk or yogurt. The eggs literally were microwavable eggs with pepper on them. Not impressed at all. Our last night we had the high school kids pranking us by knocking at our door at midnight. We then heard them up the hallway doing it again to someone else. Hotel did nothing. I would recommend spending the extra money and going elsewhere.

The hotel is new and nice and at a good location. The only problem we had was with several groups of teenagers with school groups on our first night staying up all night and running the halls and slamming doors and talking...no sleep that night but the next night when they were gone nice and quite and peaceful. It was just a matter of timing unfortunately for us.

CLEAN LOOKS LIKE NEW WITH VERY HELPFUL STAFF, BUT THE ROOM WAS NOISE, YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE TALKING NEXT ROOM AND WALKING UPSTAIRS, ALSO THE NOISE OF CARS ON THE STREET FROM THE SECOND FLOOR. THE PILLOWS ARE TERRIBLE. JUST OK FOR ONE NIGHT HIGHWAY HOTEL.

Awesome check in, very nice! Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious room. Convenient parking, and great continental breakfast!

1. Check-in time said 3pm. Upon arriving with tired kids, lady at front said sorry...checkin is 4pm. I showed her our confirmation that said 3pm...she said there was nothing she could do. (note: there were about 5 cars in parking lot) 2. power went out twice while there 3. pool was closed but it said nothing about it being closed when booking. makes for some pretty disappointed kids 4. after all this, they wouldn't give us a late check out (just wanted an hour) because we booked through 3rd party...meaning we are treated as lesser than those who booked direct. Next time in Waco, this will not be where we are staying.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean facilities.

We stayed here one night on our way to Austin. This hotel has only been open four months so it was very clean and new! We had a two bedroom room and it was very roomy with a full size kitchen that felt like a little apartment! We loved it. The only negative was that the three smart tv's were in a timer and they all turned on at 1:45 am very loudly! We informed the front desk and they apologized. The breakfast selection was impressive and we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect, awesome trip to Baylor University, see you all next semester
