We liked the space in the King suite. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast, as they were out of coffee cups and didn't have anything like yogurt or such.

Staff was friendly. Room was musty but overall clean except the bathroom could use a bit of work. Bed comfortable and I slept good. I actually used the workout area. Nearly everything is broke in there. To be honest this is a cheap place to stop overnight while on the road. It fits the bill and was reasonably priced. Definitely could use some work though.
location was good, but I have to say that the property has been downhill in the past 2 years. It wasn't very clean and the outside had a lot of trash around. Pool was disgusting and coming out of the elevator all you could smell was weed. The bathroom had a ton of mold around the tub so much I didn't hardly want to use it. Toilets' didn't want to flush well. Overall, not a great experience, but the only option for the location that we were in. The only good thing was the front desk staff the day of arrival, he was great and very friendly.
Did not stay there the desk clerk got mad because I asked him what he needed my card for and wouldn’t give me my rooms he was rude to me from the time I came in I in courage that y’all watch the video I also filmed him and I’m filling against the hotel my lawyer has already been contacted no one should ever go through what I did
Like, nice location, room OK Did not like, front desk unprofessional clothing, on check out, lady came out on pijama. Lack of smile, unfriendly unprofessional customer service!
Everything was broken. Pool was dirty, staff was not friendly, and felt unwelcomed. Wont stay again and dont recommend anybody else stay at this property.

It was very pleasant and peaceful. Was great to find a Best Western close to the town of Riesel and not have to go into Waco. The beds were very comfortable, but a little too high , had to get a cinder block to step up to get in the bed, very thankful for that cinder block! We would stay there , and probably will, again, since we have family there in Riesel. Texas.
