It was very pleasant and peaceful. Was great to find a Best Western close to the town of Riesel and not have to go into Waco. The beds were very comfortable, but a little too high , had to get a cinder block to step up to get in the bed, very thankful for that cinder block! We would stay there , ...
Nice hotel rooms with helpful staff. I had spilled about a lot of water on the floor. I called down to the front desk and within a few minutes the maintenance man came up to clean the room. I had to leave for dinner and after the room was clean, the maintenance man brought up clean towels.
Hotel experience was fine and served it's purpose for why I was there. I thought it was a little over priced but it had all the basics including free wi fi and breakfast so I couldn't really complain about it too much.

Very very very comfy place to stay. Feels like your just living in a one bedroom studio apartment with everything included in no extra price.
Great Hotel. Have stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels. This one did not disappoint. About a 10 minute drive to Magnolia Silos. Do not stay closer to Silos and pay more. This is a perfect spot. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot with several options. Stop looking elsewhere and say yes to Best Western Plus- Waco North
I booked the Comfort Suites because all the downtown hotels were taken by a convention. These properties can range in their cleanliness, presentation, comfortability, and such, but this hotel is pleasant. Just a quick drive from downtown Waco (where there is plenty of free parking) the location is right off 35. Facility wise it is a good hotel. Rooms are well appointed and taken care of well. The staff is okay, though I had little interaction with them. The free breakfast is solid for starting your day. All that said the location isn't great. It is right on a major interstate, I-35, and trucks run up and down this route all the time. The hotel designers chose to install thin windows in the rooms so all the road noise is present during your stay. I was awoken at 5:15 am one day when two semi-trucks dropped their air breaks at the same time. This makes the hotel only okay. Maybe if they had thicker windows there might be a difference. If you're staying here, I'd recommend finding a room on the back side of the hotel.
Great location, friendly staff comfortable bed and pillows towels . Would stay again. Spa was very small and rough texture, that was the only issue.
