Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The room was nice. It had everything u needed. The only problem I had was the hot tub still wasn’t working. It was not working the last time I stayed either. Oh and the lock for the pool door wasn’t working so we were locked in and had to send someone around the building to let us out. The breakfast was just ok. They stop refilling early so u gotta make it down there early.

Breakfast was simple and delicious. I have to brag in the staff for being so helpful when we forgot AirPods in the room. We were able to call and have someone pick them up with no issues. Thank so much for being helpful and honest. It’s truely appreciated!

Arrived with spouse & my two young children for check-in around 9:30 pm. No one at desk, no bell or anything. After 10 min. called the hotel, heard the phone ring until it stopped, then about 5 min later staff came to help. They were nice. Our room's air felt humid & stank; carpet was stained, & walls were scuffed & had painted over scuffs. After getting settled, checked the AC, & it was filled with mold. Clerk gave us a new room that didn't smell as bad, but the AC still had a little mold. It was about 10:30, decided to settle in. Around 11:00, stepped in wet carpet- the AC was leaking. At this point we just wanted to sleep, so I put a cup under the leak. Couldn't sleep well, & after 3 hrs, the cup was overflowing. Next morning requested a new room, the room also reeked of mold. Each room was on the same floor. Instead of trying to change rooms we checked out (I'm not too fussed over shabbiness, but mold is a health issue for us). Staff was very courteous & apologetic, didn't offer a refund, but they didn't hesitate when I asked for a partial refund. They were very helpful & understanding. It was a relief to directly book a room somewhere else.

The check-in process and lady was great. The room, initially, seemed great, was cool when we entered and smelled fresh. The first thing that was odd was tissue that was inserted in the peep hole of the door. Then, we found milk and sprite left in the fridge. After that, when my husband went to take a shower, he found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, gross. Then, we found dust/grime all around the rim of the tub and long, dark hairs everywhere. It just seemed like the tub hadn’t even been cleaned. So, it put a damper on the rest of the evening. It just felt dirty everywhere, unfortunately. It just seemed like there wasn’t attention to detail and cleaned thoroughly.
