Home near Waco, Texas with quick access to Interstate 35, which makes for short trips to Baylor University, Magnolias Silos, Lake Waco, downtown Waco, and other sites in the Waco area. Walmart is located approximately 2 miles from the house.

The home is fully equipped with all of the conveniences necessary to make your visit to Waco as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The 2400 ft2 house has 3-bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, and 2 queen-sized beds) and 2-full baths in the main house. There is a detached Private King Suite with a mini fridge, microwave and bathroom, just a few steps from the back door. The house has high-speed internet so you can stay connected to your home or work. TVs are provided in each of the bedrooms to enjoy, and the family room has a sectional with a 70” TV with surround sound to enjoy your favorite shows.The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 adults. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4. There are extra folding chairs in the coat closet as well.
The living room has a desk with a large screen monitor that provide a great work area. A pack-n-play and several blowup mattresses are also provided for up to 2 extra guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting Baylor University for a campus tour with our son. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect — about 12 miles from campus during a traffic-free drive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after busy days.
