Room was spotless, staff friendly and wonderful. We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times on our visits to Baylor University. Love all of the food options near the property. Convenient to Baylor and downtown. Room is spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Laundry on site was a nice amenity. We will be back in May 2026!!!

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The building seemed to need a little maintenance work (peeling paint in the bathroom, unlabeled broken elevator). The continental breakfast was good (they have a Texas shaped waffle maker which was my favorite part) but it was lacking variety. Overall, it was good for a one night.

The couch has some very disgusting and concerning stains all over it, the TV didn’t work and maintenance took an hour and a half to come to my room to look at it, and my bed sheets and pillows had hairs all over them.
