Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff ladies were so awesome and just made my day every morning! Bed was comfortable. My only issues were that the heating element in the hot tub was out and that was something I was very much looking forward to. And every so often someone would smoke outside and the smell would come through the A/C vent. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The front desk at check-in waited for us to walk in, up to the desk, and set our stuff down before she even looked up from her cell phone to acknowledge us or greet us. She wasn’t rude, but not friendly at all. I also would’ve appreciated her at least notifying us of the current state of some of the hotel. There were obvious construction areas even upon exiting the elevator at our floor. The room itself was fine, just outdated. We used the spa area and luckily there were 2 towels available left. Continental breakfast was very nice. I appreciate both the hot and cold options available.

We were tired when we arrived and ready for our room but there was no one at the front desk. We waited... and then had to call to get someone to the front. They were covered in tattoos and didn't realize they were the receptionist. Mid-September and there were cheesy walmart halloween decorations scattered around. It looked terrible. The next morning, the lobby, dining, and 1st floor area were loud. Mostly from the obnoxious cackle laughter of the front receptionist cutting up with others. It was only 7:30a and there wasn't much breakfast left. At least we didn't hear anyone other patrons in our room with the loud AC unit that blew on our bed all night.
