First family holiday for some years & we had high expectations. Villa was new on rental market with no reviews so we were a little nervous but went ahead. It did not disappoint, it was fabulous, exactly as described & matched the images perfectly. Arnold, our host, was very welcoming, extremely helpful, very responsive & communicated well. He lived on-site, was incredibly discrete & we were not aware of his presence. We appreciated his immediate & personal care & attention when we had an issue resetting an air-con unit & fixing a shower issue. Villa was amazing - very private & secure, very large, high-standard, well-stocked, incredibly comfortable for our group of 8. Cluster of 3 ground-floor bedrooms worked perfectly for my daughter & young family with ensuite & main bathroom between the 4 of them. 2 bedrooms on first floor with terrace & including master suite - enormous & extremely comfortable with large dressing room & bathroom. Multiple indoor/outdoor dining/sitting/relaxing options, amazing poolside kitchen/dining area. Very safe for young children with lockable gates down to pool area, lovely gardens, wonderful views of the lake. Shops & restaurants a short drive away, walked to 2 during our stay, car recommended if you want to explore. We did not want to come home and would definitely return, either with family or friends. I wish I had more characters to be able to write more. Thank you, Arnold, for doing everything possible to make our stay the best it could be.
