THE LAND THAT INCLUDES THE VILLA BIFAMIALIARE OF WHICH AZULEJA IS AN INTEGRAL PART IN ADDITION TO ANOTHER DETACHED VILLA ALWAYS INDEPENDENT AND 'ABOUT 15000 SQUARE METERS, BUT' FROM HIS PART OF THE INDEPENDENCE AND EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL, DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SEA WITH A PRIVATE TERRACE WHERE YOU CAN PUT THE UMBRELLA WITH SUNBEDS ALMOST TOUCHING THE WATER BUT ALWAYS WITHIN THE PRIVATE AREA THAT INCLUDES IT. THEY HAVE COSY AND COMFORTABLE SPACES TO ENJOY THE PEACE OF THIS VILLA IMMERSED IN THE GREEN OF A PARK WITH TREES AND PARTLY GREEN LAWN WITH PATHS SURROUNDED BY JUNIPERS AND MEDITERRANEAN MAQUIS CARED FOR ALL YEAR ROUND BY SPECIALISED STAFF. THE URBAN CENTRE OF VILLASIMIUS IS ABOUT 2 KM AWAY, BUT WE HAVE NEARBY SERVICES SUCH AS MARKETS, BARS, RESTAURANTS, PIZZERIAS AND SELF-SERVICE RESTAURANTS, WHICH WE CAN ACCESS THROUGH THE PINE FOREST OUTSIDE THE VILLA BY WALKING ABOUT 400 METRES ON LEVEL GROUND.
