An intimate 45-square-meter apartment in our cozy residence with a swimming pool, Betulla has a living area, one double bedroom and one large bathroom with shower.
Located on the first floor, with independent access, it enjoys a pleasant lake view from the living room French doors.
Guests can use the large shared terrace adjacent to the apartment for dining or relaxing.

THE RESIDENCE AND THE POOL
Betulla is located within our quiet La Cornice sul Garda residence, which consists of just five apartments (Ciliegio, Sottobosco, Acero, Betulla and Sambuco).
Guests can use the swimming pool, which is shared only with guests of the residence.
Two sun loungers per apartment are available by the pool.
The pool is NOT heated.

The apartment is on the first floor.
Private uncovered parking is available in front of the apartment.

Super schönes Apartmenthaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super schön und so sauber, als wären wir die ersten Gäste gewesen. Roberta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und ich würde jederzeit wieder bei ihr buchen. Das Apartment erreicht man über eine kurvige Straße. Oben angekommen hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Die ganze Anlage (Pool, Garten, Parkplätze...) ist sehr schön und gut durchdacht.
