Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, Zimmer Nr. 4. Die Lage ist ok, die Ausstattung für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Zimmer roch nach Feuchtigkeit. An der Decke im Schlafzimmer waren Ausblühungen von Feuchtigkeit zu sehen. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Abflussgestank aus dem Bad. Der war so schlimm, dass selbst bei geschlossener Tür es im Zimmer extrem stark roch. Wir haben dann eine halbe Stunde gelüftet, ohne großen Erfolg. Das Fenster konnten wir über Nacht nicht offen lassen, weil die Unterkunft direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt, die auch um 1.00 Uhr noch stark befahren war. Ich habe dann am nächsten Morgen kurz nach sieben direkt telefonisch bei der Verwaltung reklamiert sowie über Expedia als auch direkt per Email an die Verwaltung geschrieben. Eine Rezeption vor Ort gibt es nicht. Der Herr am Telefon sagte mir, sein Chef würde mich zurück rufen, was nicht passiert ist. Wir haben dann eine Stunde später die zweite Nacht storniert und nochmals über Expedia und per Email geschrieben. Auf keine dee vier Nachrichten haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe dann nochmal am nächsten Tag angerufen, wieder wurde mir gesagt, ein Rückruf vom Chef würde erfolgen. Er kam nie. Eine Rückerstattung oder ein kleiner Obulus für die stornierte zweite Nacht wurde also einfach ausgesessen. Sehr ärgerlich und schade.
