House of 140 m2 with swimming pool, on a plot of 1200 m2 overlooking the Luberon, located in a quiet environment 400 m from the village of Viens where you can find bakery, tobacco bar, supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and post office .
We live this house all year with our 3 children, that's why there is a trampoline and a sandbox ...
South swimming pool with private salt and not shared, secure, 8 m x 4 m with terrace equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue.

North: shaded terrace of 20M ÂČ with table and chairs,

Ground floor: Lounge with TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet with pantry with washing machine.
On the floor: Three rooms. A bathroom with bathtub. Toilet.
WiFi internet throughout the house.
The medieval village of Viens is located in the Luberon Regional Park near all tourist sites. (Provencal Colorado, Roussillon ocher, Vaucluse fountain, Gordes, Verdon gorges, Moustier, etc ...) Nearby also departure for hiking or mountain biking.

Paradies in der Provence

Wir hatten 2 unglaublich schöne Wochen in Viens. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Kein perfekt durchgestyltes Feriendomizil, sondern ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause, wo jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz findet.Die Zimmer sind alle mit SchiebetĂŒren, teilweise etwas hellhörig. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, auch fĂŒr 6 Personen. Unsere Kinder (10, 10, 17 und 19) haben den Pool, den PĂ©tanque-Platz und die Tischtennisplatte gliebt! Es gibt viele BĂŒcher und Spiele - alles da, was man braucht! Zu den erwarteten Hand-und DuschtĂŒchern gibt es auch BadetĂŒcher und Waschlappen! Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, Backwaren mĂŒssen vorbestellt werden - Pizza zum mitnehmen ĂŒbrigens auch. Mit den MĂŒcken muss man leben. Insgesamt sind wir total begeistert und können das Haus Familien (auch mit kleineren Kindern) unbedingt empfehlen!

Une semaine parfaite

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine formidable dans la maison de Guillaume et Élodie. L’intĂ©rieur et l’extĂ©rieur sont parfaits pour des vacances avec enfants. Tout est organisĂ©, pensĂ© et rĂ©flĂ©chi. Nous serions bien restĂ©s plus longtemps 😉 La piscine, le terrain de pĂ©tanque, le trampoline, la table de ping pong, le bac Ă  sable, les jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, les livres, nos enfants Ă©taient au paradis ! Se dĂ©fouler, se dĂ©tendre et vivre en pleine nature pendant une semaine ! Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et nous avons dormi comme des bĂ©bĂ©s. La maison est gĂ©niale et super bien agencĂ©e. La dĂ©coration est de trĂšs bon goĂ»t. Le salon est parfait pour une soirĂ©e TV en famille. La cuisine est conviviale et super pratique. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Quelques piqĂ»res de moustiques et de guĂȘpes, mais c’est toujours ainsi quand on va dans le sud de la France. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine en famille dans la trĂšs belle maison d’Elodie et Guillaume. Ce sont des hĂŽtes charmants et disponibles. La maison est grande, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et confortable. La piscine et le jardin avec terrain de pĂ©tanque, table de ping-pong et trampoline permettent Ă  tous de passer des vacances au top ! Un havre de paix pour passer de formidables vacances

Tout est parfait dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© : de l’intĂ©rieur parfaitement adaptĂ©, chaleureux, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©, Ă  l’extĂ©rieur trĂšs bien entretenu et agrĂ©able avec la piscine au sel (et une eau Ă  30 degrĂ©s qui a ravi les enfants !). Das Haus fĂŒr einen perfekten Urlaub im Luberon!

Das Haus ist einfach nur wunderbar und in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, hell und geschmackvoll. Da wir gerne kochen, war die KĂŒche fĂŒr uns perfekt ausgestattet. Da das Wetter 14 Tage lang perfekt war, konnten wir den schönen Garten, den Pool und die Terrasse jeden Tag genießen. Es gibt viele Sonnenliegen und die Möbel auf der Terrasse sind auch sehr bequem. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Dorf, um beim BĂ€cker Brot zu holen oder im kleinen Supermarkt, alles was man sonst noch benötigt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Guillaume und Elodie haben hier wirklich ein Paradies geschaffen.

Een zeer mooie woning in een prachtige omgeving.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans la maison de Elodie et Guillaume. Tout a été pensé pour que ce soit le cas. Super piscine, trampoline, pétanque, ping-pong, jeux pour enfants, etc ... il y a de quoi occuper les enfants et les grands. La maison, trÚs moderne, est trÚs spacieuse, lumineuse et trÚs agréable. Et permet de sillonner les sites principaux du Lubéron. Des vacances au soleil comme à la maison, nous recommandons chaudement. Et en plus les notes sont trÚs gentils et disponibles, que demander de plus ? :)

De trÚs belles vacances chez Elodie et Guillaume ! Un accueil trÚs agréable, une grande flexibilité, une réactivité incroyable (panne du lave-linge à 10h, un neuf à 17h !), la maison est trÚs agréable et le jardin ainsi que la piscine au top ! Bravo et merci !

A recommander !

La maison est vraiment super, et définitivement à recommander ! Le fait que les propriétaires habitent habituellement dans la maison fait que les équipements sont au top. Entre autres, il y a beaucoup de livres et jeux pour les enfants, ce qui est vraiment super quand on voyage avec des plus petits. La cuisine est également super bien équipée, avec entre autre un robot pour les plus gastronomes. Non précisé dans l'annonce : il y a un terrain de pétanque pour les grands. Le centre du village est à quelques minutes, ce qui permet d'aller chercher le pain à pied le matin. La piscine est sans chlore et a affiché une douce température de 32 degrés pendant tout notre séjour.
