Would stay again

Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few hours sleep our first night there (we got in late) and could not rest during the day because of the very loud construction noise. Construction stopped around 4pm every day so we went to sleep early the first full day we were there and it wasn't an issue, but if you are traveling from afar and need rest or have small ones that need to nap during the day, I'd check on the construction status. It is a large city and there is always construction somewhere which was not the fault of the very accommodating host, but it would have been nice to know that before renting. Barring construction,we would stay in this flat again.

Schöne FeWo in Wien in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die FeWo hat uns trotz Altbau in einem alten Wohnhaus an einer Strasse mit Strassenbahn gut gefallen. Sie liegt nach hinten zum Garten hin und ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für unser Wohlbefinden wichtig ist. Gute Betten! Sehr saubere Wohnung! Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten und freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut. Würden die Wohnung bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Wien wieder buchen, zumal auch der Preis absolut im Rahmen ist.
