When we checked in, they upgraded us to a suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous — huge windows, beautiful design, and the most amazing view of Vienna. The staff was so friendly and made us feel completely taken care of. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. We loved our stay from start to finish, and the room was worth every single penny. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
