not sure what VIP benefits I was supposed to receive but I did receive the gift of two museum tickets, which was listed separately on my booking. Other than that, all was superb. Will definitely return to this hotel when I revisit Vienna.
Great hotel with lots of character and charm! Extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, big and comfortable rooms.
Great location, and the staff was so wonderful! Gave us great recommendations and showed where to go on the map. The room was so spacious! Overall fantastic would definitely go here again.
WE really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great staff, friendly, helpful. large room nicely furnished & clean. Comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast, best ever at a hotel!
The dirty glasses were not change when we came back from our room.the aircon is not as cool...they only provided almost half of toilet paper on our last night.
Very nice hotel (it’s like a hotel/bed & breakfast), the room was spacious enough for family of three, staff is extremely nice and professional, breakfast is amazing, location is also well situated. It’s a 25min beautiful walk to the Opera House.
Perfect hidden jewel! We were fortunate to have th3 spa suite. Essentially an apartment with full kitchen, living/dining area, separate bedroom, and phenomenal bath with separate spa area. The daily included breakfast was exquisite and made to order. On a very quiet narrow street but close walking to most attractions and hundreds of great restaurants. We will definitely come back!
I enjoyed my stay and would go back to the Hollman Beletage next time I visit Vienna. Modern, clean and very friendly/helpful staff! The room was spacious and very comfortable. Fresh fruit awaited me upon arrival. Games and reading area in lower level, and breakfast served (included) from 7:30 to 11:00!
We have already recommended this Hotel! Wonderful staff and amazing food, so kind since we lost all of our luggage. Marco was very helpful with calling the airlines, they never found our luggage but we really appreciated there kindness!
Just spent two amazing nights here. The room is so well-thought out and the hotel has so many wonderful touches. Breakfast was exceptional. I didn't want to leave and will absolutely stay there next time in Vienna. This is how a hotel should be!!!
