Superb Central Apartment Hotel great location.

The has a superb location, very well stocked with all necessities. We were greeted by a very gracious landlord Daryoush Voshmgir. Mr Voshmgir went to great lengths to explain the advantages of the location, very helpful. The apartment itself was quiet, elevator access a step from the room door. AC, washer, all other appliances worked well. Many top locations are within easy walking distance, and beyond a major hub Ubahn (metro) station very close by. I would not hesitate to return to this apartment hotel in future. Mr Voshmgir goes out of his way to meet you at the door when you arrive, he will be waiting for you. No issues at all.

This was nice apartment for people staying for short stays in Vienna.Prime Location within 15-20 mins walk for all major attraction of Vienna few of them are less than 5 mins walk.Near by Grocery store, Train Station and Bus Stop 100-200 Meters and

The room was as advertised, professionally cleaned, and appointed comfortably. Herr Voshmgir was a bit odd to interact with; he was not very pleasant or courteous to us. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware etc but not really anything in the way of pantry staples. Luckily there are a number of grocery stores within close walking distance. A note for American guests: the laundry machine is a washer and dryer in one, but the dryer is not very effective at all. Line drying is much more effective. As is typical of the area, shampoo/body wash is provided but not conditioner. All grocery stores close early on Saturday and are closed all day on Sunday.

Nice apartment, terrible mattress

We stayed here for 5 nights. we were issued 1 towel per person for 5 nights. Mattress was terrible!!! Springs poking into my body all night. This is a real apartment in an apartment building. There isn't any kind of onsite assistance. Adequate kitchen. We cooked one meal. Washer and dryer was great. We did 3 loads of laundry which was helpful as we were on a 17 day trip. TV and stereo were nice to have. We were able to play some cd's we bought on our trip. Location was great. Close to trains and city center but off the beaten path. AC unit in the room was a big help with the warm nights.

Location, Location, Location!

We were greeted at the door by our host, Xerxes, who was most helpful at getting us orientated. The apartment was very cozy & clean, with plenty of closet space and excellent heating. Having a washing machine was also a plus as we were there 11 nights. Grocery store 2-min walk. Metro station 5-min walk, but mainly sheltered underground. City Center (St. Stephen's) was 20-min walk. Opera house was 7-min walk. Huge produce market was 1-min walk.

Awesome location

From early check-in to late check-out all round great experience. The host was friendly & the apartment was as promised online. Great central location close enough to walk to touristy spots but away from the crowds. Next door to the Naschmarkt & the supermarket downstairs. Would recommend for solo, couple, family....business to personal trips.

Great accommodations for two

Our five-day stay in the 6th floor studio apartment turned out to be perfect for our needs. The accommodations were bright and comfortable with a well-supplied and updated kitchen and bath. An elevator right inside the street entrance served us well. Being close to both the Naschtmarkt and Karlsplatz U-Bahn was a definite bonus providing a wide variety of food choices and easy access to public transportation. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged by Darius who met us upon arrival with keys and a city map along with all the information we needed for our stay. In addition, several travel guides for Vienna were available among the books provided for our use. We would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone needing a place to stay in Vienna.

Comfortable apartment in great location.

Great location. Close to downtown, breakfast places. 10 mins ride from train station. Walking distance from metro. Apartment clean and has everything what you might need including free internet. The owner was very nice. He waited for us at the time we agreed to. He presented us with a Vienna map and explained where we might want to go during our stay. We had a great time. The apartment we stayed in was good for 5 people. During the check-out we were asked to pay additional fees per each person above standard (2 people) which made no sense as the apartment had two separate rooms with 3 beds in total. Not having much choice (Vienna was pretty booked) we agreed to proceed with reservation, but something like this should be advertised earlier in the process.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

This apartment had everything we wanted and needed, and it was located in an interesting area which was within easy walking distance of the Naschmarkt and the centre of Vienna. There was a generosity in providing things like plenty of salt and pepper and toilet paper, lots of blankets and duvets (we were there in winter), and the wifi was free, fast and totally reliable. The apartment refurbished in a modern style, absolutely spotless, easy to keep clean, and the furniture is very comfortable.

Great Vienna Apartment!

We loved this apartment! We used the full kitchen. We were comfortable in the beds. Even though it was cold outside, we could keep the temperature exactly where we wanted it. We walked to many Vienna attractions, took the metro to others, and drove to nearby Hungary, Slovakia and the Melk Abbey. Several things you should know -- it's an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no on-site staff. The owner arranged for someone to let us in and another time to come out and meet us. He also went above and beyond what might be expected and arranged to have groceries in the apartment when we arrived on Christmas Eve when no stores were open. He also arranged parking in a nearby garage since having a car in Vienna does not seem to be the usual thing. Thank you so much! We had a great stay!
